Precautions for electric pallet stacker driving operation
1. Before entering the protection period, prepare in advance, release the engine, transaxle, transmission, steering machine and other winter lubrication grease, after cleaning according to the provisions of summer lubrication grease.
2. Clean the waterway, remove the scale of the cooling system, dredge the heat sink of the radiator. Always check the tightness of the fan drive belt.
3. Adjust the generator regulator properly to reduce the charging current of the generator.
4. Pay attention to prevent engine overheating in the operation, pay attention to the indication reading of the coolant thermometer at any time, if the coolant temperature is too high, to take cooling measures. To maintain the amount of coolant, when adding should pay attention to prevent the coolant boiling caused by burns.
5. Frequent check the temperature and pressure of the electric stacker tire, if necessary, should stop in the shade, until the tire temperature is reduced and then continue to work, shall not be deflated or poured cold water way to reduce pressure and cooling, so as not to reduce the service life of the tire.
6.Frequent check the braking efficiency, in order to prevent the brake failure caused by aging of the main pump or pump bowl, expansion deformation and brake fluid vaporization.
7.Adjust the density of electric stacker battery electrolyte, and dreg the air hole on the battery cover, keep the electrolyte 10-15mm higher than the partition, add distilled water according to the situation.
8.Before the operation to ensure sufficient sleep, keep energetic. If you feel mental burnout, lethargy and slow reaction in the operation, you should immediately stop and rest, or wipe your face with cold water to perk up your spirits, so as to ensure driving and operating safety.
9.Do a good job of prevention and cooling work, to prevent heat stroke.
