1. Use precautions
1.1 Overload is strictly prohibited;
1.2 Loading: the center of gravity of the cargo should be placed in the center of the fork load to prevent tipping;
1.3 When walking: it is best to walk on hard and smooth road surface;
1.4 When loading and unloading: the bottom wheel should be fixed first to prevent movement.
1.5 Please wear safety shoes and gloves during operation:
1.6 Please thoroughly check whether all parts of the body are neat and loose before each use;
1.7 Whenever the work is completed, the fork should be unloaded and lowered to the lowest position.
1.8 Do not ignore potential hazards that may be present during operation.
2 Perform the procedure
2.1 Loading process
(1) Move the manual stacker close to the front of the heavy object;
(2) Raise the fork to the proper height below the underside of the weight
(3) Move the stacker forward so that the fork reaches below the weight;
(4) Rise by foot pedal and gradually lift the fork until the heavy object is loaded (in this process, lock the brake or hold the heavy object firmly to prevent the danger of the movement of the vehicle body on the fork under the heavy object);
(5) the hand stacker and the weight should move back together until the fork has a space to drop;
(6) Gradually lower the weight to the proper height. During the transfer process of the vehicle body and the weight, please lower the fork as far as possible and lower the center of gravity to ensure safety;
2.2 Unloading process
(1) Move the hydraulic manual stacker with heavy objects to the front of the place where the goods are placed;
(2) to raise (or lower) the weight to the appropriate height;
(3) move forward the hand pallet stacker to the proper position;
(4) Turn the unloading valve and gradually lower the weight so that the weight falls smoothly in the designated position
(5) Gradually move out the manual pallet stacker with the fork;
2. 3 Stacking
(1) Keep the goods low and approach the shelves carefully.
(2) Lift the goods above the shelf plane.
(3) Slowly move forward, stop when the goods are above the shelf, put down the pallets and pay attention to the fork does not exert pressure on the shelves below the goods to ensure safety;
(4) slowly pull out the fork and ensure that the pallet is stable and reliable on the shelf;
(5) Lower the fork and move the stacker to the designated position.
