When charging the battery, pay attention to the method, not only to make the battery sufficient electricity, but also can not cause the battery overcharging.
6.In the operation of electric stacker, as far as possible to use a long time and long distance acceleration, when the stacker starts, after the speed increases, steady the accelerator pedal, such as road conditions are good, the stacker will continue to accelerate. When the stacker needs to slow down, relax the accelerator pedal and gently press the brake pedal, so as to make full use of the deceleration energy. If the stacker has regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy during deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle is going down the ramp, do not disconnect the circuit of the driving motor of the stacker, gently press the brake pedal, so that the stacker can operate in the regenerative braking state, and use the kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the energy consumption of the battery.
7. During the operation of electric stacker, do not mistake the direction switch of “forward and backward” as the steering switch. Do not press the brake pedal to the end unless you need to slow down in an emergency. During the use of the vehicle, when the battery is found to be low (which can be obtained through the electricity meter, power deficit indicator light and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent excessive discharge of the battery.
8. In the operation of electric stacker, do not take emergency braking in the process of high-speed driving; Otherwise, it will cause huge friction to the brake assembly and driving wheel, shorten its service life , and even damage the brake assembly and driving wheel.
