Structure composition of balanced heavy forklift truck:
1. The power device for forklift as the power device of the internal combustion engine and battery. 2. The transmission device is used to transfer the prime power to the driving wheel. There are 3 kinds of mechanical, hydraulic and hydraulic. The top of the piston rod is equipped with a sprocket, one end of the lifting chain is fixed on the outer door frame, and the other end is connected with the cargo fork frame around the sprocket. When the top of the piston rod is lifted with the sprocket, the chain lifts the fork and the fork holder together. At the beginning of lifting, only the cargo fork is lifted until the piston rod pushes against the inner door frame to drive the inner door frame to rise. The rising speed of the inner door frame is half that of the cargo fork. The maximum height at which the cargo fork can be lifted when the inner door frame is not moving is called the free lift height. The general free lifting height is about 3000 mm. In order to make the driver have a better view, the lifting cylinder is changed to two wide view gantry arranged on both sides of the gantry.
5. Hydraulic system is a device that provides power for fork lifting and door frame tilting. It is composed of oil pump, multi-way reversing valve and pipeline.
6. Brake device The brake of forklift truck is arranged on the driving wheel. The main parameters that indicate the performance of forklift trucks are the standard lifting height and the rated lifting weight at the standard distance between load centers. The load center distance is the distance between the center of gravity of the cargo and the front wall of the vertical section of the cargo fork.
