1. The battery of the stacker truck should be charged in a well ventilated place, open the upper cover or take the battery out of the forklift truck;
2. Never expose the battery to open fire, and the explosive gas formed may cause fire;
3. Never make temporary wiring or wrong wiring;
4. The terminal must be tensioned without peeling, and the cable insulation must be reliable;
5. Keep the battery clean and dry, and use antistatic cloth to remove dust;
6. Do not place tools or other metal objects on the battery;
7. The temperature of electrolyte during charging shall not exceed 45℃;
8. After charging, check the electrolyte level, which should be 15mm higher than the diaphragm. Under normal circumstances, distilled water is usually refilled once a week;
9. Avoid skin contact with acid. In case of contact, use plenty of soapy water or consult a doctor;
10. Waste batteries shall be disposed of according to relevant local regulations.
