I. Electrical part
1. Check battery liquid level and refill refill solution or steam house water as required
2. Check the lighting system and keep the lighting of all parts normal
3. Electric forklift direction, hydraulic, driving motor carbon brush inspection and blow out dust
4. Circuit board, contactor blow dust and keep dry moisture-proof
5. Contactor check contact wear condition
6. Check and adjust the effect of the brake sensor (affecting the braking force of the vehicle)
7. Check and adjust the effect of direction sensor (damage to direction motor and electronic board)
8. Check and adjust the effect of the speed sensor (affect the driving rush and climb no force)
9. Check and adjust the effect of the hydraulic sensor (affect the early damage of the hydraulic contactor and motor)
10.All parts are connected and fastened
11. Check the starting current and load current
II. The mechanical part
1. Door frame, lifting tray, chain, cleaning and filling butter
2. Check and adjust each ball head
3. Each grease nozzle filling Calcium-based grease
4. Check and clean the oil filter element
5. Chain height adjustment, door frame shaking adjustment
6. Check the wear condition of each wheel
7. Each wheel bearing with Calcium-based grease
8. Check each motor bearing and butter
9. Change the gearbox gear oil and check the concentration of hydraulic oil
10. Tighten the screws of each chassis piece
